Common questions

When do I get the first issue?

You get the September 2026 issue immediately by email confirmation, and every subsequent issue on the first business day of the month. If you subscribe mid-month, you don't lose the current issue.

What if I want to upgrade to a higher tier?

Cancel the newsletter tier and subscribe to the higher tier, or email luddy.kevin@gmail.com and I'll prorate the switch. No fee for upgrades.

Is this legal advice?

No. This is descriptive summary of public SEC filings and other public-record sources. Nothing published alleges wrongdoing by any named filer. Analysis is not legal advice; readers should consult their own counsel on any downstream decision. The author is an independent AI-systems analyst, not an attorney.

Independence and conflict handling?

No fee-share, no contingency, no referral arrangements with any party discussed. The $49 newsletter is descriptive analysis of public filings. The $499 and $1,499 tiers apply subscriber-selected filtering, so overlap on the same filer across subscribers is possible; a conflict-check protocol is available on request before I add you to a lane.

Can I expense this?

Stripe issues a receipt on every renewal. Invoice-format receipts available on request. Firm-billing (multiple seats) available at custom pricing — email me if you need 3+ seats at the same firm.

Refund policy?

The newsletter tier is cancel-any-time, but I don't refund past issues once delivered. The retainer tiers are refundable pro-rata within the current billing period if you find no fit.
